I am currently working on the project ‘Optimization of tool dimensions and process parameters for Friction Stir Welding of AA 2219’. It is an experiment-based work in which Friction Stir Welding was carried out using different pin profiles and tool parameters. Now mechanical and microstructural examination is being carried out for the welded joint.
